Preferable Malay. Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare plans for using computer-aided design and drafting software.
• Produce effective product designs by using their understanding of engineering.
• Prepare multiple versions of designs for review by engineers.
• Work under the supervision of engineers.
• Create various accurate technical drawings by adhering to various specifications and calculations. Including but not limited to handle all detailing and construction drawings.
• Create detailed technical drawings, schematics, and diagrams using computer-aided design (CAD) software. These drawings may include plans for telecommunication networks, infrastructure layout, cable routing, and equipment placement.
• Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with AutoCAD software.
• Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations.
• Communicating with architects and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.
• Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside with relevant team
• Ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations (safety and structural standards).
• Identify and communicate potential design problems to the rest of the team.
• To resolve design related issues at all stages with project manager and vendors.
• Site visits to ensure projects are developed according to specification and requirement.
• Present rough design drafts for clients\xe2\x80\x99 approval.
• Responsible in supervise work progress at site
• In-charge in work-planning for site
• Attend site meeting, manage site workers, manage equipment/materials

delivery to site ,prepare documentation for inspection / T&C

• Assist project manager / engineer to manage the daily activities at siteRequirements / Qualifications
• Diploma / Certificate in Engineering (Civil) /Architectural/Interior Design/Fit -Out or equivalent
• Experience in construction works, HDD and Fibre Optic
• Experience in Telco Industry.
• Required skills: AutoCAD (Advance level) software, 2D/3D drawings
• Able to work under pressure and deliver within committed deadlines
• Able to work independently / with minimum supervision
• Meticulous and well-organized with a proven ability to multitask within timeline.
• Excellent communication / presentation skills.
• Experience in managing projects from concept to completion.
