• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any Architecture or relevant field
• Preferably with min. 1 years of working experience in Architecture and/or experienced in site coordination/management.
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Must possess knowledge in AutoCAD software, Revit & Other graphic software knowledge including latest rendering technologies/softwares, SketchupPro
• Good Knowledge and execution skills in drawing reading.
• Independent & self-motivated.
• Good communication skills, independent & a good team player.
• Good documentation on essential Forms of Paper works and drawings.
• Good Site governance & ensuring the completion of a project on time based on work schedule/program.

• Required to draw and build floor plan and newly design floor plan.
• Prepare final plans, using computer applications
• Basic knowledge and understanding is essential
• Sketch preliminary design plans, including electrical layouts
• Responsible to draw a project design outward that fulfils company or client\'s requirements
• Drafting of submissions on graphic detailing and construction documentation.
• Graphic communication with Clients, Consultants and Contractors
• Coordination & inspection for implementing of construction works in accordance to contracts & drawings.
