Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field.
Knowledge in strong building structures, material and design.
Women candidate only.
Proficient in drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or related software.
Good understanding of technical drawings, construction drawings, and actual drawings.
Knowledgeable in construction standards, technical specifications, and project requirements.
Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Possess good communication and coordination skills with site teams.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and disciplined in preparing drawings and documentation.
Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Responsibilities
Able to produce working drawings in accordance with project requirements and specifications.
Prepare construction drawings for execution and on-site reference.
Develop and produce tender drawings for tender submission purposes.
Prepare preliminary drawings based on initial design concepts.
Produce 3D designs and visualizations to support design development and client presentations.
Prepare presentation boards for meetings, proposals and client approvals.
Carry out detailed installation drawings and detailing coordination on-site to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
