Job Description

Responsibility:

Monitor Drive Test KPI properly and figure out any error during test. Developing and implementing data analysis, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality. Preparing reports based on analysis and presenting to management. Assign DTE to perform Customer Complaint test and prepare the report with the analysis Performing duty network coverage testing and analyzing, propose for optimization. Evaluates and provide recommendation for KPI performance analyzing to improve bad spot area such as poor signal coverage, quality, throughput and unwanted event and presenting the report in Microsoft Power Point and Excel to customer. Analysis data from DT logs and find solution improved coverage and quality of network. Perform live optimization. To test the problems found time communicated among dept./team and resolve. Responsible to coordinate all scheduled drive test with DTE. Any other duties as and when assigned.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu Min 1 year of working experience in related industry Familiar with various drive test tools (Genex Assistant, Map Info Professional, Google earth, Global Mapper. Good in RF analysis skill and reporting. Analytical and good problem-solving skills Can work under less supervision

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
