Driver Assistant
Job Description
Deliveries 90%
Transporting and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe and timely manner.
Reviews orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders and stock are completed and the customer is satisfied.
Assists with loading and unloading items from vehicles and/or into warehouses.
Collects payments and issues receipt for delivered items and passes payment and receipt to Operation Manager in a timely manner.
Provides excellent customer service, loading and unloading stock, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
Adheres to assigned routes and follows time schedules.
Abiding by all transportation laws.
Safely operates equipment, such as trolleys, forklifts, etc.
Maintains a good work culture with other colleagues by helping with each other, being punctual, keeping excellent self-discipline and other related responsibilities.
Miscellaneous 10%
Adheres to and performs any other miscellaneous tasks assigned by Head of Warehouse, Operation Manager and Management Team in order to meet business requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
