Loading & Unloading

Assist in loading goods onto the lorry at the warehouse or pickup point.
Help unload goods at delivery locations, ensuring items are handled safely and carefully.
Documentation

Ensure all delivery documents, invoices, and receipts are accurate and prepared.
Assist in obtaining customer signatures and confirming successful deliveries.
Safety & Security

Properly secure cargo to prevent shifting or damage during transport.
Follow and assist in enforcing all safety protocols during loading, unloading, and transit.
Comply with all traffic rules and safety regulations.
Customer Interaction

Represent the company professionally when meeting customers.
Help resolve minor delivery issues or escalate to the office where needed.
Vehicle Support

Operate the company lorry to perform deliveries and collections as needed.
Perform daily inspections and ensure the vehicle is clean, roadworthy, and in good condition.
Help keep the vehicle clean and well-organized.
Report any vehicle faults or incidents immediately to management.
Communication

Maintain clear communication with the driver assistant (kelindan) and logistics team.
Report delays, incidents, or delivery issues promptly.
Requirements

Possess a valid GDL E driving license.
Physically fit and able to handle heavy items.
Willing to travel and work overtime if necessary.
Honest, reliable, and punctual.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
