Requirements

• Possession of a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record, demonstrating the ability to operate vehicles safely and legally in Kuala Lumpur.
• Proficiency in performing routine vehicle maintenance checks, including monitoring fluid levels, tire pressure, and overall vehicle condition to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
• Adherence to safe driving practices and traffic regulations, ensuring the well-being of passengers and the safe transportation of goods or materials.
• Ability to navigate Kuala Lumpur roads efficiently, utilizing navigation tools and local knowledge to reach destinations in a timely manner.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and presentable vehicle, reflecting positively on the company's image and ensuring a comfortable experience for passengers.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, as required to meet the transportation needs of the company.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently transport company personnel and/or goods to designated locations within Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and general upkeep of the assigned vehicle, ensuring IT is presentable and in good working condition at all times.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and lights, and promptly report any maintenance needs or mechanical issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes to minimize travel time and fuel consumption, utilizing navigation apps and real-time traffic updates.
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers, assisting with loading and unloading of items, and ensuring a comfortable and pleasant journey.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and trip logs, submitting reports as required by company policy.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding vehicle usage, safety, and security, including maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate schedules and address any unforeseen issues or delays.
