Job Responsibilities:
- Safely and timely deliver goods to customer as assigned by the company.
- Ensure that goods remain intact during transportation.
- Regularly inspect vehicle conditions to ensure they are in good working order.
- Promptly report vehicle breakdowns or maintenance needed.
- Maintain good communication with customers and provide high-quality customer service.
- Immediately report customer complaints or issues to superiors.
- Follow daily delivery SOPs, obtain customer signatures on delivery receipts and hand them over to the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Possess a valid
GDL D or Full E driving licence
- Preferably
below 45 years old
- Fit, disciplined, and reliable in attendance
- Experienced in operating
3-ton lorries
- Must have
clean JPJ/Polis record
- Ready to travel for outstation assignments when necessary
