Job Responsibilities:

? Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

? Ensure the reception area is always tidy and well-stocked with necessary stationery and materials.

? Serve customers' delivery, packing, and shipping needs efficiently.

? Receive customer orders and coordinate with drivers for pick-up.

? Monitor and ensure smooth operations and parcel pick-up procedures at the Drop-Off Point.

? Assist in sorting and processing inbound volume,support drivers in parcel collection.

? Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures at all times.

? Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirements:

? Can work immediately & able to work 6 days a week

? Experience in customer service or logistics is a plus.

? Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools

? Willing to support the team during peak period (OT claim is applicable)

Working Days & Hours

? Shift-based: 10am-6:30pm, 1pm-9pm

? Working days: Monday to Sunday (6 days a week with 1 rest day)

? Sunday may be a working day or an off day, depending on the schedule.

Salary & Incentives:
