About the Role

A dedicated and detail-oriented DSD - Mobile Assistant is required to join the Centre of Excellence (COE) team. The role will be responsible for supporting the mobile operations of the Direct Store Delivery (DSD) system across Baba Products and its subsidiary companies. The position is part of the COE Department, which operates in a dynamic enterprise environment that has been running on SAP S/4HANA with Fiori for the past six years. This role provides valuable exposure to enterprise IT operations, with opportunities to build technical expertise in SAP DSD and SAP BASIS. It also serves as a strong platform for long-term career development and growth in enterprise IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily system monitoring (Fiori, SAP GUI) and ensure all systems run smoothly. Verify daily sales tour synchronization and resolve operational issues promptly. Assist branch users with DSD-related queries and provide first-level support. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) after AMS fixes before deployment. Manage and maintain handheld devices and related peripherals. Perform basic repairs, preventive maintenance, and coordinate with vendors for service. Maintain accurate hardware inventory and prepare monthly reports. Conduct branch hardware audits and follow up on reported issues. Provide standby support on weekends/public holidays when required. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

2 to 4 years of experience

in IT support, system operations, or technical roles. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Good communication and coordination abilities. Willingness to learn enterprise systems (training in SAP will be provided). Able to work independently and as part of a team. Willing to provide support during weekends/public holidays when needed.
