Duties and job functions as a DSD - Mobile Assistant to serves as a guide and is not meant to be exhaustive. Further the Management will define responsibilities and precise degree of authority where applicable. Core role would include such as proposes, documents and tests business solution in SAP Direct Store Delivery (DSD) application according to the functional and technical requirements. These duties include to Baba Products and other subsidiary companies within. Reporting to DSD Mobile Team via COE Department.

Handling company's hardware regards to the SAP Direct Store Delivery (DSD).
Assist in the development of planned preventative maintenance schedules PPM and enhancement plan for bussiness growth.
Report breakdown root cause, equipment faults and concerns to reporting manager and senior.
Typical example of work would be to respond to maintenance request for equipment fault, diagnose fault repair and return equipment to operational service.
Provide general technical support (telephone, desk-side support & SOTi Remote).
Performing and updating any version upgrades, patches and fixes via manually or over the air (OTA) after fully tested or confirmation from the Management.
Handling basic repairs and maintenance of the handheld devices and its peripherals (Zebra 1 Care & RES).
Hardware inventory management
Stanby during the sales operation and ensure all sales van out to sales accordingly.
Compiles information on receipt or disbursement of the handheld equipment and its peripherals.
Education Requirement
