Position : Payroll Specialist, Human Resources

The Payroll Specialist role is responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, statutory contributions, and related benefits. This role requires strict adherence to statutory regulations, internal policies, and data confidentiality standards. He/ She will also prepare payroll reports, coordinate with HR and Finance teams, and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.

Requirement :

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional payroll certifications (e.g., CPP, PCP, or equivalent) are an advantage. Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on end-to-end payroll processing experience, preferably in a MNC or large workforce environment. Malaysia's Labor laws, income tax rules, pension and social security requirements. Company payroll policies, benefits structure and leave policies. End-to-end payroll processing cycle. Experience using payroll software (e.g., BIPO,SAP, Workday, HR2000, UBS or similar). Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas) and data analysis. Accurate data entry and reconciliation skills.
