Objective To lead graphic design initiatives creatively at Airda Group, focusing on creating brand identities, designs, and branding guides for new brands, enhancing overall visual identity, and ensuring a consistent, impactful presence across all marketing channels. Responsibilities Creative Design and Branding: Develop innovative design concepts for digital and print media, including the creation of brand identities and packaging designs for new brands under Airda Group. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align designs with Airda Group\'s brand identity and marketing strategies. Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, adhering to deadlines and brand guidelines. Visual Storytelling And Marketing Illustrations Create compelling graphics and layouts for social media, ads, websites, marketing materials, and online/offline marketplaces to engage our target audience effectively. Stay updated on the latest design trends and techniques to keep our visual content fresh and relevant. Work closely with content creators to integrate design and text, enhancing the overall impact of our messaging. Project Management And Brand Development Lead creative brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas and strategies for visual storytelling and marketing illustrations. Work collaboratively with various teams to ensure cohesive and effective design strategies across all channels. APPLY NOW Job Requirements SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design, focusing on digital marketing, brand visuals, and product packaging. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Photography skills are considered an added advantage. Local Malaysians only.
