Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and other payment methods Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers Ensure pricing is accurate and handle any price-related inquiries Answer customer questions and resolve issues in a friendly manner Count cash at the beginning and end of shifts and ensure register balance Assist with stocking shelves or other store duties when required
Requirements:
Basic math skills and attention to detail Previous cashier or retail experience is an advantage Good communication and customer service skills Honest, reliable, and punctual Able to work on weekends and public holidays (if required) Only Malaysian
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
