Configure and extend Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Apps, with emphasis on Field Service, Project Operations, and Customer Service modules.
Customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and plugins to meet evolving business requirements.
Development & Customization
Design and implement custom solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and Azure Functions.
Develop and maintain custom plugins, custom workflow activities, and integrations with external systems.
Create reusable components and libraries to streamline development across projects.
Solution Design & Delivery
Translate functional designs into technical specifications and deliver projects to exact requirements.
Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance optimization for all developed solutions.
Integration & Data Management
Implement integrations with Azure Service Bus, REST APIs, SQL Server, and third?party applications.
Manage data migration activities using KingswaySoft, SSIS, or other ETL tools.
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.
Requirements:
7-10 years of solid functional and technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and related Microsoft products.
Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/Core, JavaScript, TypeScript.
Hands?on experience with Dynamics 365 CE customization and extension.
Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Portals).
Experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault).
Familiarity with SQL Server, SSIS, KingswaySoft, ETL tools for data migration.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
Strong problem?solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Pay: RM14,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
