The Dynamics 365 Developer will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions within the financial services industry. This position is based in Kuala Lumpur and focuses on leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 to enhance business operations.

• Build and link Dynamics 365 with core banking tools and financial software
• Set up forms, workflows, and business flows designed to follow industry rules and compliance needs
• Apply access levels based on roles and secure transaction data through encryption
• Leverage Power Automate and Power BI to support analytics, monitor risks, and detect unusual activities
• Offer direction on secure practices, governance standards, and effective usage in financial D365 projects
• Diagnose and address performance lags to maintain fast and reliable financial operations

A successful MDS 365 Developer should have:

• Delivered over 6 years of end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM & ERP) solutions within the financial industry, driving business process improvements
• Designed and built custom applications using C#, .NET, JavaScript, PowerApps, and Power Automate, streamlining operations and reducing manual work
• Integrated financial systems seamlessly with Dynamics 365 through Dataverse and API connections, ensuring smooth data flow and compliance
• Developed advanced reporting dashboards and analytics with SSRS, Power BI, and SQL Server to support decision-making and regulatory requirements
• Led cross-functional technical teams, providing mentorship and fostering knowledge-sharing among junior developers
• Recognized for strong problem-solving, clear communication, and producing well-structured technical documentation
• Enhanced data management and system performance through solutions involving SSIS, XRMToolBox, and KingswaySoft
