Job Description

:

Provide day-to-day functional support for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations across all functional modules. Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues raised by end users promptly, providing effective solutions and minimizing business disruptions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, project consultants, and vendors on system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and the implementation of new features aligned with business objectives. Assist in system configuration, setup, and functional testing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and optimal system performance. Support business reporting and data analysis requirements by developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analytical tools within Dynamics 365. Maintain documentation of system configurations, issue resolutions, and user guides. Participate in user training and knowledge transfer to improve ERP system adoption and efficiency.

Job Requirement:

At least Professional Cert/ Diploma/ Degree

.

At least 2 years experiences

in providing technical support for MD365. Good understanding of

Microsoft Dynamics 365 and MSSQL

. Knowledge in programming languages such as Java, PHP, .NET, C++, web programming, and MS SQL Server is an added advantage.*
Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics BC/NAV, ERP, and CRM solutions are preferred.*
