• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business / Marketing / Advertising / Communication or equivalent
• Must possess at least 1 to 2 years\' experience in related to e-commerce platform is an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word
• Understanding in current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team and focused on delivering results
• Ability to work multi-task and in a fast-paced setting under tight deadlines with strong project and time-management skills
• Able to speak/write English and Mandarin (to liaise with Customers speaking associates)
• Proficiency of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is an added advantage
• Proficient in analytics and reporting tools

Tanggungjawab

• Coordinate on strategy planning & marketing campaigns for ecommerce platform, as to handle in sales planning activities.
• Create, update, uploading new products, ensure product information such as pricing, inventory is up-to-date and accurate.
• Managed order fulfilment, inventory, and customer service & work with relevant department to ensure that orders are fulfilled on time
• Process and manage customers Daily Orders placed through phone calls, emails or dedicated sales database system, issuance of Delivery Orders and Invoices;
• Monitor and analyst E-commerce sales, set up promotion or campaign and products advertising.
• Monitor daily sales & orders from e-commerce platform.
• Analyse customers\' transaction and browsing behavior; provide insights and build data analytics solutions that improves customer experience via marketing activities (user behavior data)
• Keep track and measure effectiveness of promotions
• Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
