We are seeking an inspirational, highly-motivated and experienced teacher to lead the English as an Additional Language (EAL) Department through the next stage in its development. The Subject Lead oversees the provision for EAL across both our Primary and Secondary Schools. They lead a team of seven other teachers, and provide support for teachers in other departments to support EAL learners in their subjects. Experience teaching IELTS would be an advantage. For the right candidate we would consider the leadership role of Director of Student Services liaising with and facilitating the work of the Learning Support Subject Lead (SENDCO).
