Early Childhood Educator (Full-Time)

Little & Loved Early Years Centre -- Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur

Little & Loved is growing, and we are looking for an educator who brings heart, curiosity and professionalism to their work. Our centre offers Montessori-inspired early years experiences for children from 3 months to 6 years old in a calm and thoughtfully designed environment.

What You Will Do

Create a warm, responsive and secure environment for children Plan and facilitate purposeful, child-centred learning and play experiences Observe children's development and contribute to written documentation Support smooth daily routines, including transitions and care moments Communicate clearly and respectfully with families Work closely with the team to uphold consistent, high-quality care and education

Who We Are Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or currently pursuing) Genuine love for working with young children Confident, patient and attentive in the classroom Strong communication skills in English; Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are an advantage Reliable, responsible and committed to professional growth Experience in early years settings is required

Work Details

Location: Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur Full-time, Monday to Friday Start date: January 2026 or by mutual agreement

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
