We are a corporate childcare centre situated in thhe middle of town (within the golden triangle). Currently, we have 400 plus children and 100 teachers at our Centre. We are looking for teachers who love working with children. We work from Monday to Friday only. All our teachers work on a 9 hour shift in one of these shifts depending on the schedule (7 am to 4 pm, 8 am to 5 pm, 9 am to 6 pm and 10 am to 7 pm). We have 3 levels at our place - Infant Level (3 months to 28 months old children), Toddler Level ( 3 and 4 years old children) and Kindergarten Level (5 and 6 years old children). Each level is supervised by a Level Principal and an Administrator. The overall centre is overlooked by a Centre Director. Everything is organized and the teachers only need to take care of the children. The Standard Operating Procedures are all set up and hence there is a systematic approach for everything done.The children are all placed according to age groups in the classroom. Principals will act as mentors to all the teachers training and guiding them all the way. We also have our own curriculum team who overlooks the overall concept of teaching for the children. Always time to time upgrading themselves and the teachers at the Centre. All staff are sent for training (both externally and internally). Special days are alocated just for training the teachers. The company believes in upgrading the staff and invests a lot to ensure that the teachers especially are always upgraded and are equipped with the latest in the early childhood industry all the time. The Human Resource team is there to ensure that all the benefits for the staff are provided and are always looking into what they can do to benefit the staff better.
