About the Role

We are looking for an Early Intervention Teacher to be part of our team at Bloomkids Therapy Centre, Semenyih, Selangor. This is a full-time position focused mainly on supporting children with autism and other developmental challenges. You will play a key role in delivering therapeutic lessons that foster each child's growth, learning, and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

? Carry out informal assessments to understand every child's individual strengths, challenges, and learning needs.

? Design and implement personalised lesson and/or intervention plans that target communication, social, cognitive, and behavioural development.

? Conduct individual and group sessions using evidence-based methods and strategies.

? Support children's development through intensive play-based interactions in a group setting.

? Work closely with families, teachers, and a multidisciplinary team that consists of speech-language therapists and occupational therapists to provide consistent and holistic support for the child's progress.

? Keep thorough documentation of each child's development/ progress and make necessary adjustments to lesson/intervention goals.

? Take part in professional training and development to stay informed about current research and best practices in early intervention.

What We're Looking For

? A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Counselling, or another relevant discipline, or any working experience in Early Childhood Education.

? Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

? Proven ability to apply evidence-based approaches or differentiated teaching methods within a classroom setting.

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to foster positive connections with children, families, and team members.

? Work well under pressure and open to feedback.

? Work well in a team and collaborative in nature.

? A genuine commitment to improving the lives of children and their families through compassionate and effective intervention.
