The targeted start date for this Early Years Classroom Teacher position is April 2023.

PURPOSE

To provide outstanding teaching to support the school mission, vision and values.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Development
\xe2\x97\x8f Engage with and work towards the whole school strategic focus areas for the year
\xe2\x97\x8f Align personal and team goals with strategic priorities through the professional learning cycle

Teaching and Learning
\xe2\x97\x8f Collaboratively plan lessons based on the year group KPIs, using responsive teaching methods
\xe2\x97\x8f Personalise learning in the classroom for all students
\xe2\x97\x8f Analyse and triangulate student data
\xe2\x97\x8f Assess using both summative and formative methods and use data tracking to monitor progress of students and plan responsively on a weekly basis
\xe2\x97\x8f Complete reports to parents
\xe2\x97\x8f Be involved in leading at least 1 CCA each week
\xe2\x97\x8f Take part in professional development programs and the professional review cycle

RELATED EXPERIENCE
