Can you manage a team? pitchIN seeks a candidate that can lead a team of equity crowdfunding analysts.Why pitchIN?pitchIN is on a journey to build a fundraising and investments hub. We operate a market-leading equity crowdfunding platform and have just launched a token crowdfunding platform. We are poised to start a secondary market soon. It\'s a great place to get into the startup ecosystem and experience the growth of a fintech.You will manage the processes that take companies from enquiries to successful fundraising. You will lead a team that will work on equity crowdfunding deals. The areas you and your team will cover will include onboarding and general due diligence of companies seeking funding, deal structuring and execution, business and financial analysis of companies.You must be passionate about helping companies succeed in their fundraising campaigns as your team will work alongside the company founders to attract and receive successful investments.The ECF Lead will ideally have the following:

• Working experience in corporate finance, venture capital, investment research, audit or analysis, financial planning or investment banking environment.
• A degree, preferably in finance, accounting, law or business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent English and Bahasa Malaysia.
