We’re looking for Demand Generations Specialist to join our team which will be based in Malaysia. This individual will directly support lead generations, market analysis and reporting functions. This position will play a pivotal role in ensuring overall client participation by demonstrating the value we provide our customers daily. The Specialist will work to acquire, contact and setting up appointments required to support the business, while also helping to expand broader client engagement and relationship building efforts by way of getting the clients to attend our webinars/ workshops.
Function:
- Perform outbound telephone calls to source for new leads and business opportunities.
- Call prospect for telemarketing, campaigns and cold calling activities.
- Support and contribute to sales and marketing campaigns for the region.
- Create new accounts and accurate records of all telephone calls in the CRM system.
- Assist in building pipelines for the sales team
- Assist with calling prospect and customers and make logistics arrangements for company event
- Perform database cleansing and profiling.
- Qualify the opportunity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- 1+ year experience in telemarketing/ business environment/ account management is preferred
- Good command of spoken and written English and other language with excellent telephone manners
- High level of confidence to do outbound calls
- Possess good listening skills
- An aptitude for technology
- Capable of handling rejections from prospects/customers
- Ability to work independently in a fast -paced and target driven environment
- Strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills
