The Sales cum Marketing Executive priority is to acquire new customers and sell additional products or services to existing ones. They play crucial role for business with the ambition to expand or the necessity to diversify its clientele. We are looking for someone who is intelligent, possess great PR skills, and able to communicate well with all types of clients.
What are your job responsibilities?
- Proactively source new customers/clients for the Company’s products & services;
- Work and follow up closely with customers and prospective customers to gain trust and confidence in our products & services;
- Aware and analyse current market trends, gather feedback on competitors’ activities and come out with counter measure proposal;
- Participate and contribute to the development of marketing plans and targets by monitoring and analysis of orders and sales results and market intelligence;
- Follow up on sales leads, sales orders and deliveries;
- Prepare quotations and proposals according to customer requirements;
- Conduct sales visits when required;
- Collect and review customer feedback and provide information / recommendation for service improvement and customer satisfaction;
- Provide regular status reports to the management which include forecasts, pipeline and activity summary information;
What you need to succeed in this role?
- At least 2 year(s) of sales/marketing/business development working experience in at least ONE of the related field (Interior Design):
- Loose Furniture.
- Kitchen and Wardrobe.
- Flooring Materials.
- Architectural Materials.
- Proactive and aggressive in achieving sales target.
- Possess great PR skills and communication.
- Mandarin speaking is required in order to deal with partners and suppliers in Hong Kong & China.
