Committed to excellence, we are seeking a talented Marketing and Communication Manager to join our dynamic business development team and lead our internal and external communication strategies on an international scale. This is a full time, home based role in EU. Main responsibilities: Craft proposal documents collaboratively. Develop editorial plans by collaborating with the Business Development Team and other Units/Departments to gather information about company projects. Engage in copywriting activities for various company channels. Create graphic content for channels/social media and prepare materials for events/conferences. Scout global events, create a yearly conference plan, and support the Business Development Team in event participation. Implement Internal Communication initiatives across the company, collaborating with the HR Team as needed. Prepare detailed PowerPoint presentations. Continuously seek ways to enhance content and increase company exposure globally. Develop and execute the Communication strategy. Manage all marketing activities, introducing innovative content regularly. Perform benchmark analysis and collect relevant data about marketing activities in the pharmaceutical/CRO environment. Prepare press releases regularly for both the company and its clients. Create and manage potential advertising campaigns, monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with external providers when needed. Undertake other tasks related to company internal and external communication. Requirements: A degree in a scientific subject. Minimum 2 years of experience in the clinical field (CTA, CRA, PM, etc.) and in Marketing/Communication. Fluency in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint. Knowledge of graphic tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator) is advantageous. Detail-oriented with a creative mindset. Strong communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
