Position Summary

The E-commerce Activation & Marketplace Specialist is responsible to coordinate any acquisition project or initiative directly or indirectly impacting the eCommerce Channel of the market.

The main purpose of the job includes:

  • To grow online business in both Nespresso.com and Nespresso official stores in marketplace by maximizing the sales performance including exploring new opportunity such as TikTok Shop.
  • Act as a matter and knowledge expert of the digital ecosystem (technically, functionally, and commercially).
  • Be the digital link between all departments and HQ functions to support any eCommerce activations.
  • Leverage any study/ market trend/ CRM insight and turn them into initiatives.
  • Ensure qualitative & timely implementation of new eCommerce activation and monitor KPIs and share insights.
A day in the life of an Activation & Acquisition Specialist

Build online activation focusing on acquisition
  • Spot local opportunities within the digital landscape in term of additional features and functionalities that would positively impact eCommerce acquisition (eg customer feedback, market trend.). Turn these opportunities into acquisition.
  • Act as a matter and knowledge expert of the digital ecosystem to define machine acquisitions strategies in own digital channels (Nespresso.com) as well as external channel such as marketplace (Lazada/ Shopee).
  • Work closely with CRM team by leveraging insights to build activation plans.
  • Actively participate in sales operations to provide inputs and recommendations on existing activity ROI and to offer insights.
  • Share best practice, monitor local competitive solutions and participate in the definition of tomorrow\'s next generations of eCommerce.
Develop and maximize the performance of Nespresso digital boutiques in Marketplaces
  • Setup and Manage operations on Marketplace digital boutiques
  • Monitor digital KPIs with a strong focus on customer journey & behaviors.
  • Monitor customer feedback on digital boutiques in marketplaces from all available sources
  • Build Insights and turn them into actions from campaign initiative and merchandising optimizations to maximize channel performance.
  • Optimize digital channels backend performance with relevant stakeholders
  • Monitor external, site centric and CRC indicators to report and consolidate digital KPIs (sales, brand ranking, conversion funnel, average basket, customer\'s complaints, channel share\xe2\x80\xa6)
Maintain all eCommerce roadmaps and plannings
  • Collaborate, review and maintain all local eCommerce roadmaps and planning to map a full activity planning and avoid overlapping/bottleneck situations
  • Own local digital innovation roadmap to bring new, functional and innovative solutions to the local digital landscape that could contribute to the eCommerce overall performance
What will make you successful
  • Relevant degree with strong project management skills in an international environment.
  • At least 5 years\' experience in digital & ecommerce activities
  • Great analytical skills performing sales figures analysis, detailed minded & Project oriented
  • Accuracy, reliability & vigilant attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of local eCommerce environment & of an eCommerce and digital landscape within a complex ecosystem
  • Able to translate technical specifications into commercial opportunities and vice-versa
  • Knowledge of Omni-channel business management would be a plus
  • Project management certifications a plus
  • Able to work under pressure & fueled by digital innovation
