Kelayakan
?Computer literate (Excel, online tools, e-commerce platform backend)
?Detail-oriented, responsible & able to work independently
?Good communication & time-management skills
?Languages required (MUST): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin
?Prefer 1-2 years experience (e-commerce/admin).
Fresh grads with strong learning attitude are welcome.
Tanggungjawab
Check & update product listing prices
?Reply to customer enquiries on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok & WhatsApp
?Perform stock checking & coordinate with warehouse
?Follow up on promo timelines (campaigns, vouchers, festive promotions)
?Edit basic videos (training provided)
?Manage returns & follow up with customers/platforms
?Assist with ad-hoc admin tasks
?Ensure smooth daily operation of all e-commerce platforms
