to support our team with various administrative tasks, including managing our e-commerce backend operations.

Responsibilities:
Office Management:
Handle daily office operations including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
E-commerce Backend Management:
Update product listings, manage inventory, and process orders through our e-commerce platform.
Data Entry:
Maintain and update records accurately.
Communication:
Responding to customer inquiries & handling after-sales service
Support Tasks:
Assisting with live streaming sessions
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage office supplies and product stock levels.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tiktok, FB, IG) and basic backend operations.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
