Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, E-commerce, or related field
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Sheets
- Familiar with e-commerce platforms (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok preferred)
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage)
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Manage online sales platforms
- Upload and update product listings, pricing, and stock availability
- Process daily orders, invoices, and shipping arrangements
- Reply to customer enquiries via chat, email, and WhatsApp
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for packing and delivery
- Handle simple product photo uploads and basic content edits
- Generate daily and weekly sales reports
- EPF + SOCSO + EIS
