We are looking for a dynamic, creative and driven individual to join our team as an
E-Commerce & Marketing Executive
. This role combines sales, marketing, content creation, and customer engagement across multiple platforms. You will play a key role in building brand awareness, driving sales through creative campaigns, hosting live sessions, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage content (social media, website, campaigns).
Support marketing activities for Malaysia & Singapore markets.
Host live sessions on TikTok/Instagram/Facebook. (Optional with commission)
Engage with customers online & offline.
Assist with order packing, stock and basic operations.
What We're Looking For
Fresh graduates with passion & creativity (experience is a plus, but not required).
Proactive, creative and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Fun, energetic, confident and
not camera shy
.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, SEO and web traffic metrics.
Interest in fashion and content creation is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of TikTok/Instagram/Facebook content creation and video editing is a bonus.
Proficiency in Shopify is an added advantage.
Requirements
Minimum SPM & above.
Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Must be able to work in
Setia Alam, Selangor
