Requirements

• Minimum Diploma
• Able to adapt to a fast paced working environment with tight deadlines
• Energetic, fast learning, responsible, self-motivated, enthusiastic, mature and meticulous with a can-do attitude and good sense of confidentiality
• Team player with good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Highly proficient in MS Office applications

• Managing E-commerce Marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, Amazon etc)
• Managing our hosted websites
• Liaise with Retail & Merchandising team to ensure consistent pricing and promotions across all platforms
• Work with digital marketing team to promote our online platforms and promotional campaigns
• Develop new channels of online retail through e-commerce marketplace and our own websites
• Discuss and come up with new ideas to further develop the E-commerce development
• Stock analysis and upload reports
• Assist team with product uploads for various platforms

• Annual increment and Bonus : depending on company and individual performance ( AI - Aug/Sept yearly, Bonus - before CNY)
• AL: year 1 to 2 - 14 days ; 3-5 year 16 days; 5 years onwards - 18 days
• Medical and Hosp leave: 60 days (with 14 days of Medical leave)
• Insurance: hospitalization and outpatient (RM450 per annum, max RM40 per visit)
• Complementary products : RM250 per year
• Staff purchase: house brand: up to 45%, other brands - up to 30%
• Compensation leaves: 3 days for immediate family members, 1 days for grandparents and siblings
• Marriage leaves: 3 days (for first legal marriage only)
