Job Description
- Responsible to provide full support and coordination to assist sales team for day-to-day E-Commerce sales activities
- Preferable candidate able unders tand in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Able To Multi-task, Prioritize Work
- Respond to customer problems and help customers solve problems
- Monitor & manage customer queries and orders on the e-commerce platforms
- Managing E-Commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee , Social Media & etc )
- Manage customer\'s enquiry & customer service.
- Manage RM
- Assis in Inventory Control and Sync between platforms.
- Filling relevant documents
- Good office environment & colleagues
