E Commerce Assistant

Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Print waybill, pick and pack orders from e-commerce platforms such as (but not limited to) Shopee, Lazada, Tik Tok etc.
- Able to operate PC and simple photo editing using Canva.
- Good physical fitness & vision.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Ensuring work areas are kept clean, neat, well-organised and ensure all parts are accessible easily.
- Inventory checking and report shortages monthly.
- Inventory labelling to ensure all are arranged according to category.
- Ensure correct shipping information is attached before handing over to logistics.
- Assist Tik Tok Freelancers/Live Hosts as and when needed behind the scenes.
- Perform other general duties as needed.
- Candidate must possess minimum SPM Qualification or equivalent. Training will be provided.
- Good attentive skill to receive accurate instructions and pick/pack the goods.
- Candidate with work experience in e-commerce platforms will be an added advantage.
- Language proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- 18 years old and above.
- Malaysian only.
- Male only.
- Candidate must be fully vaccinated.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy weight.
- 09:30 - 17:00 (Weekdays only)
