  • Good command in spoken and written Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Tanggungjawab
  • Responsible to manage online e-commerce stores on e-commerce platforms, including website maintenance and product listings.
  • Responsible to work closely with key personnel from online platforms to develop the ideal marketing strategy on the platform.
  • Responsible to work and cooperate with other internal stakeholders to ensure that everything is ready for go-live: warehouse, customer service, business development, marketing, operations, etc.
  • Oversee and manage our Facebook, Grab, and Shopee accounts, including content creation, customer engagement, and advertising campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
  • Other related ad-hoc duties assigned.
