Requirements

• Undergo skills/personality testing
• Career minded and business oriented with an outgoing personality. Ability to \xe2\x80\x9crun the show\xe2\x80\x9d independently.
• Strong reference from previous employment or lecturers.
• Possesses own transportation to work place located in Petaling Jaya (closest LRT is glenmarie station, 15 mins walk). Travelling outstation etc is not needed.
• Work 5 Days a Week plus 2 days Saturdays per month (half day Saturdays) BM and English proficiency is a must. A keen eye to details.
• Willing to do things outside comfort zone. Detail oriented, highly organised. Team player, diplomatic, stay cool under pressure and fantastic interpersonal skills. Punctual and can follow deadlines.
• Candidate possesses a Diploma OR higher. Fresh Graduates with strong references are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• To manage e-Commerce day to day fulfilment of orders for online platforms (Shopee, Shopify platform).
• Coordinate order picking, packing, sending and returns of customer orders.
• Following process and SOP guidelines already established.
• Monitoring communication with suppliers on receiving supplies
• Monitor and communicate the incoming/outgoing of stock with suppliers and update inventory details.
• To assist manager in monitoring overall performance of online business platforms and prepare inventory and sales report on bi-weekly basis

E-commerce Assistant: What you can expect in terms of time spent for a typical workday:

• 60% time on inventory and fulfilling orders.
• 30% time on receiving supplies
• 10% on business/order monitoring and reporting
