- Strong multi-task and proactive
- Microsoft Knowledge
- Demonstrate understanding on the product offered over the Company\'s online marketing plattform when answering queries raised by Customers.
- Conversion of sales order to sales on timely basis.
- Handling, coordinate and follow up on defective/return item(If any)
- Ensure accurate stock & price record between inventory & ecommerce plattform.
- Close monitoring on stock movement and analyse fast and slow moving stock items. stock up when necessary.
- Sensitive to market and customer demands.
- Assist with packaging of goods
- Assist with designing of product layout & product info prior uploading to Company\'s online plattform
- Record & Report required information in a timely and accurate manner
