Tanggungjawab
  • Demonstrate understanding on the product offered over the Company\'s online marketing plattform when answering queries raised by Customers.
  • Conversion of sales order to sales on timely basis.
  • Handling, coordinate and follow up on defective/return item(If any)
  • Ensure accurate stock & price record between inventory & ecommerce plattform.
  • Close monitoring on stock movement and analyse fast and slow moving stock items. stock up when necessary.
  • Sensitive to market and customer demands.
  • Assist with packaging of goods
  • Assist with designing of product layout & product info prior uploading to Company\'s online plattform
  • Record & Report required information in a timely and accurate manner
