Job Description

Managing, developing, and updating product listings on company website and E-commerce & social media platforms (Website, Facebook, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop & etc) Create and manage content for Company's social media and other forms of digital communication Ensuring product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate. Managing product inventory, monitoring stock levels, and liaising with internal teams for restocking. Coordinating with warehouse team and courier partners to oversee order fulfillment, ensuring timely dispatch, and monitoring shipment delivery timelines. Handling returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy, ensuring a positive customer experience. To response to comments and enquiries from customers and followers on social media and relevant websites Support the execution of online promotions and platform campaigns. To carry out other duties and job functions as instructed by Superior / Management

Requirements:



Able to handle consumers' enquiries on E-Commerce platform via Live Chat function. Knowledge of website management Experience with practices and techniques related to web merchandising or online selling. Familiar with design tools ie. Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) & Video editing. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Working hour Monday to Friday (8.30am-5.30pm)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
