Night shift --

2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

? What You'll Be Doing

Handle customer service and respond promptly across various platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok).

Assist with orders, returns, and refunds, special order requests to ensure smooth operations.

Manage campaigns and promotional activities across marketplaces.

Monitor livestream sessions and coordinate with hosts to ensure smooth performance.

Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects/campaigns as needed.

? What We're Looking For:

Proactive, highly organised, and efficient in task management.

Strong team player with good communication skills.

Responsible and detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Understand in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English (spoken and written).

Experience in e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) is an added advantage.
