Responsible for daily operation across online marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, Pgmall, and S-rewards) which includes customer service, pricing checking, promotions, campaign management and order processing.
Ensure all products uploads are complete with full description and correct info.
Perform the inventory checking daily to lower the chances of oversold.
Work closely with related departments to deliver effective content and promotions.
Liaises with senior e-commerce executive and marketplace's KAM to run promotion and campaign activities.
Monitor the ongoing performance of daily sales and campaigns run rate, provide suggestion for any improvement.
Implement and execute the promotional plan across the platforms, ensuring all promotional activity goes live correctly and according to plan.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Marketing or Social Media.
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
Able to work independently.
Well organized, fast, accurate and disciplined.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Self-motivated, Proactive, Confident and team player.
Preferably specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
