E Commerce Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online presence across key platforms including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and our brand website. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily operations, campaign execution, store optimization, and driving sales performance through innovative strategies and strong cross-team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities



Daily Operations & Campaign Execution

Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and brand.com. Execute campaign setups, product listings, pricing updates, vouchers, and promotions across platforms. Coordinate and launch e-commerce campaigns (Payday Sales, Double Digit Campaigns, Mega Campaigns) with timely setup of deals and product activations. Ensure operational accuracy in stock levels, pricing, promotions, and order fulfillment to minimize cancellations or delays.
Storefront & Performance Optimization

Maintain high-quality storefronts with accurate product information, engaging visuals, and regular updates to maximize conversions.Monitor store performance (sales, traffic, conversion, and ROI) and implement strategies to improve visibility and results. Provide weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Campaign Support

Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns, livestreams, and digital content. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (marketing, logistics, customer service) and external partners (marketplace KAMs, agencies) for seamless execution.
Strategic Growth & Market Competitiveness

Propose and implement new strategies such as bundling mechanics, platform partnerships, and customer engagement initiatives.Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions to stay competitive and recommend counter-strategies.

Job Requirements



Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered). 1-3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce / marketplace management (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or equivalent). Strong understanding of marketplace mechanics: campaign setup, SEO keywords, product listing optimization, vouchers, and promotions. Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; ability to use data for decision-making. Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy in pricing, inventory, and campaign execution. Bonus: Experience with livestream e-commerce, paid ads, or CRM tools will be an added advantage.
