We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales platforms and monitoring the team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Skilled in managing TikTok, Shopee platforms and Physical Boutique. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, vouchers, and discounts. Monitor daily orders and coordinate with the fulfillment teams. Make sure CS teams respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently. Track and analyze sales data and prepare performance reports to management. Monitor and manage customer reviews and feedback for continuous improvement. Ensure platform compliance and maintain high store ratings. Ensure compliance with e-commerce platform policies and guidelines. Handling live host and live scheduling. Monitor and respond to online reviews/comments professionally. Liaise with person in charge platforms such as TikTok, Shopee and SiteGiant(system).

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business, or any related field. Proficient in using computers and e-commerce platforms. Strong communication and analytical skills. Experience in e-commerce or customer service is an added advantage. Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Able to travel if required. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
