Job Requirements :



Major in Brand management/advertising/ marketing/business/communications/retail or any related discipline At least 1 year of brand marketing experience in skincare products industry. Required language(s): English, Mandarin Must be willing to work in Cheras, Alam Damai & other retail outlets within Klang Valley (when necessary) Experience in market research & new product development is an added advantage Able to multitask and perform under pressure. Good attitude/personality and seek growth and development.

1) Omni-Channel E-Commerce Management (Website + Marketplaces)

Manage and update official website: product upload/listing, pricing, banners, promotions, basic content updates, stock status, and campaign pages. Manage product listings across marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Watsons marketplace where applicable): titles, descriptions, visuals, variations, pricing, vouchers, and promo mechanics. Coordinate multiple omni-channels to ensure consistency in product info, pricing, promos, and brand messaging. Handle graphic/product upload & listing for website and marketplaces; work closely with marketing team to ensure ongoing promotions/campaigns are delivered to customers.
2) Marketplace Marketing Planning & Execution

Plan and execute marketplace promotions (campaign mechanics, vouchers, bundles, add-on deals, free shipping, mega-campaign participation). Liaise with Shopee & Lazada agency on campaign planning, store optimisation, ads setup, banner submissions, timelines, and reporting. Support social media ads planning (in collaboration with manager/agency) to drive traffic and conversion.
3) Marketplace Performance Analysis & Reporting

Perform marketplace performance analysis: traffic, conversion rate, add-to-cart, checkout rate, paid-order rate, ROAS (if applicable), best sellers, campaign results. Provide weekly/monthly reports and insights: what worked, what didn't, and action plans to improve sales and conversion.
4) Content Creation & Social Commerce (TikTok + XHS + Others)

Manage brand content and posting schedule on: TikTok (short videos, trends, product education, LIVE content) Xiaohongshu (XHS / ???) (content planning, captions, visuals, community engagement) Plan, script, shoot, and edit content (basic) for product education, testimonials, unboxing, promotions, and brand storytelling. Ensure content complies with brand guidelines and approved product claims.
5) LIVE Hosting & Live Selling

Host TikTok LIVE (and support Shopee Live where required): product demo, answering questions, pushing offers, closing sales. Prepare live run-sheet and post-live review to improve engagement and conversion.
6) Customer Service & Community Support (All Channels)

Provide customer service across all channels: Claire PM (Facebook + Instagram) WhatsApp / email / call-in enquiries Marketplaces (Shopee, Watsons etc.) Maintain a customer response standby window 10:00am - 10:00pm (flexible hours), ensuring timely replies within agreed SLA. Handle customer feedback professionally; escalate sensitive cases to manager when needed.
7) Logistics, Backend System & Daily Fulfilment Operations

Manage logistics and backend system (order processing, courier booking, tracking updates, return/refund coordination). Daily handling of: reception of orders (online sales orders / affiliate orders / agent/reseller orders) parcel packing coordination, pickup arrangement, fulfilment tracking Manage daily online orders, coordinate delivery arrangements and product returns/exchanges.
8) Order Management, Payment Follow-Up & Sales Conversion

Check and verify orders daily across channels; follow up on incomplete checkouts and payment reminders where applicable. Monitor customer journey and improve conversion: increase checkout rate and increase successful/final payment. Track and manage online stock inventory and coordinate replenishment to avoid overselling/out-of-stock issues.
9) Agent / Reseller / Affiliate Coordination

Work closely to coordinate agents/resellers/affiliate orders, ensuring correct pricing, order flow, fulfilment arrangement, and smooth communication. Support affiliate performance and campaign alignment (tracking basic results and ensuring promo materials are current).
10) Sales Target Ownership & Department Support

Responsible to achieve online sales targets and drive growth across all e-commerce channels. Support management of e-commerce department operations, including: digital marketing coordination campaign planning and execution participation in 90-day plan preparation and performance presentations.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
