Requirements

• Minimum education: SPM and above
• Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
• Skills required: E-commerce Platforms, Digital Marketing, Customer Service, Inventory Management
• Experience in e-commerce operations (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Knowledge of product uploads, price strategies, and campaign management.
• Strong organizational & time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily operations on our company website, shopee, Lazada etc...
• Ensure accurate product listings and updates.
• Conduct price checking & comparisons to stay competitive.
• Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and marketplace campaigns.
• Request, arrange, and ensure stock availability for packing.
• Handle invoicing and stock-out processes.
