Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION



Customer Service:
> Respond to a message on Shopee, Tiktok, Whatsapp, Facebook, etc (Social media)
> Maintain 95% response rate within set time
> Resolve customer issues & build trust
> Understand e-commerce metrics & trends
> Coordinate with marketplace to grow business
> Handle ad-hoc tasks from Supervisor

Retail (HQ):
> Assist customers with purchase & inquiries
> Manage inventory & stock shelve
> Handle Point of Sales (P.O.S) transaction
> Keep retail area clean & organized
> Arrange merchandise to boost sales

Live Host:
> Live hosting when required - few hours per day/week

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
