eCommerce Data Engineer

Description

• This role will require the candidate to learn and master a unique eCommerce software that is built for Photobook. Key responsibilities is to configure both front and back end to reflect the intended product order and project creation workflow. Training will be provided.
• Candidate must liaise with software principal to continue to push boundaries to improve software to support better workflow for Photobook products both frontend and backend
• Candidate must be able to troubleshoot various software related issues that may arise and communicate with relevant department to solve
• Participates in feature enhancement requests (To Improve workflow, add value to existing product, reduce cost of operation, etc).
• Candidate will be coached and mentored throughout their journey to continue growing in the e-commerce industry
• Reports to VP, Innovation

• Configure and set up product in online store to reflect intended ordering & project creation workflows
• Liaise with software developers to solve any technical issues that may arise
• Coordinate with the team to resolve all issues prior to mass production.
• Participate in the quality assurance process.
• Participate in creating, launching, or implementing new products online.
• Conduct periodic product analysis and optimization as needed.

• Diploma/Degree in Business/IT/ Computer Science/ Mathematic/ or equivalent.
• Welcome fresh graduates. Any working experience is added advantage
