As part of PONEY's growing digital team, the E-Commerce Executive plays a key role in driving online sales performance and maintaining the daily operations of our online marketplaces.
This position focuses on ensuring smooth coordination across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms while managing affiliate and influencer marketing programs that connect PONEY with parents and families online.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Administration & Operations
Manage day-to-day operations for Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other online platforms.
Ensure all product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, stock levels) are accurate and updated in real time.
Coordinate with the design & marketing team to update product visuals, banners, and promotional content.
Monitor daily sales performance, traffic reports, conversion rates, and campaign analytics.
Handle customer inquiries, order fulfillment, shipping coordination, and after-sales matters with professionalism.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance summaries for management review.
2. Campaign & Promotion Coordination
Plan, upload, and execute platform campaigns such as 11.11, 12.12, Raya, Back-to-School, etc.
Set up platform vouchers, bundle deals, and discount mechanics according to campaign requirements.
Track and analyze campaign performance, suggest improvements for future promotional activities.
Ensure alignment with brand direction, pricing strategy, and marketing calendar.
3. Affiliate & Influencer Program Management
Manage PONEY's affiliate partners, influencers, and content creators from multiple channels (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, Involve Asia).
Support onboarding, briefing, and coordination of affiliate activities to ensure brand consistency.
Generate and distribute tracking links, promo codes, and creative assets for affiliate partners.
Track affiliate performance, ROI, and payout coordination with finance.
Maintain a database of affiliates and creators for ongoing collaboration.
4. Administration & Reporting
Update and maintain all e-commerce related documentation (inventory tracker, pricing, commissions).
Coordinate with the Finance Department for invoice verification, affiliate payment, and campaign expense reporting.
Provide timely reports on sales performance, platform fees, and marketing ROI.
Support other marketing or operational tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in E-Commerce, Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing.
Experience with Shopee Seller Centre, Lazada Seller Centre, and TikTok Seller Center is a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for report tracking.
Familiar with affiliate systems such as Involve Asia, TikTok Creator Marketplace, etc.
Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Proactive, well-organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines independently.
Passion for fashion, kids' lifestyle, and digital commerce is a plus.

Working Conditions
Based at PONEY HQ (Seri Kembangan) with occasional work at store locations for content or campaign coordination.
Regular working hours (Monday-Friday) with flexibility during mega sales events or campaign periods.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
