TanggungjawabHi everyone! I'm Jolin, and I might be your future leader. Welcome to my department! Our primary focus is managing Shopee stores-both for our in-house healthcare and beauty products, as well as for external clients.Over the past year, we've achieved an impressive RM20 million in sales with just a small team of 4 people. If you're willing to work hard and eager to learn, I can confidently say that everyone who has joined me on this journey has achieved a monthly income exceeding RM10,000.That said, I have high expectations, so please be mentally prepared before applying for this role. If you're up for the challenge, I'd love to have you on the team!In this role, you will:
  • Oversee multiple Shopee stores, ensuring seamless operations and optimizing product listings.
  • Collaborate on innovative e-commerce and digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
  • Lead content creation, enhance customer engagement, and track key performance metrics to unlock growth opportunities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by handling inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure smooth order fulfillment and avoid stock shortages.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute and align e-commerce initiatives with the company's broader objectives.
  • Optimize ads on Shopee to increase store visibility and conversions.
