Requirements

• 1-2 years e-commerce experience preferred; all qualified candidates welcome
• Bachelor's or Diploma in e-commerce or related fields
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and e-commerce data analysis
• Experience in market competitor analysis

Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok).
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on promotions, flash sales, and voucher campaigns.
• Design and optimize shop layouts and visual assets to enhance brand alignment.
• Analyze sales metrics and market trends to guide product selection and strategies.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, design, and logistics for seamless operations.
• Monitor customer feedback to improve service and offerings.
• Create engaging content for online campaigns, including social media and email.
